When we purchased this one, I had the fortunate job of using her for the weekend, and I must say that every time I drive a clean well looked after Disco, I think to myself WHAT a brilliant car. One of the main things we look for when buying a Disco or Land Rover of any kind is the maintenance and service history, it has to be done correctly, When we purchased this beauty, the cam belts wasn’t done, we will do it, this is non-negotiable on a Disco 4, please remember this when purchasing your next one, f it hasn’t been done, budget for 20k, it can save you a lot. So nice to see such a clean vehicle, it makes our job very easy in selling her on. My recommendation on buying a Discovery is buy one from a reputable dealership, take out a good warranty and purchase one with a full traceable service history. That’s what we do and we also only buy from people we know so we can verify the history of the vehicle, none of our vehicles are bought on auction (learnt my lesson many years ago with that one). All of our vehicles are bought from private individuals who have owned their cars for many years or franchise dealerships. If you want the best out there, this is it. Also cheap isn’t better, trust me, buy from a dealer who will look after you when things do go wrong and you need them the most. 2016 LAND ROVER DISCOVERY 4 3.0 TD | SD V6 SE, One owner from new, 133 000 Km’s full service history from Land Rover, Cambelt service done through Land Rover Pristine condition, selling for R 5659 950.00 This is a very special Discovery 4 in my opinion, when I first saw it I couldn’t believe the condition she was in, and the fact that it’s ONE genuine owner from new and full service history from Land Rover shows me everything I need to know, a lot of money and time has been spent on this car and keeping her in the shape you see today. The Cambelt service has also been done through Land Rover, which anyone who owns one of these cars will tell you isn’t cheap. When I first sat inside I said to my colleague “can you smell that, it smells new” I know this isn’t possible, and I still haven’t figured out why, but I promise it smells new inside, which is great. Exterior is immaculate interior is immaculate, leather seats are like new and she drives like a new one would. For this price you will not be able to find a better more capable luxury 7 seater 4x4. I will never back down or regret my words when I tell you this is the best 4x4 on the road.
